All-Round Gym Handle

The FitBar FP-11 D-handle provides an effective grip for your cable machine or fitness trainer. The steel core allows you to go heavy with the weights, while the hard rubber grip is comfortable In your hands. The cylindrical grip rotates during long-range eccentric or concentric cable movements such as flys, biceps curls, and other moves. This eliminates any tortional stress on your wrists, maximizing the effort and benefit of the muscles being worked. The welded D-ring is large enough to allow easy attachment by any cable machine clip. The D-ring is flat and in-plane with the handle (as opposed to perpendicular on handles with straps), so you prevent the D-ring from impinging on your arm.
