Low Row / Seated Row Pulley and Cable

The FitBar FP-4.1 Seated Row Cable Pulley Attachment utilizes the FP-3 Lat Pulldown Cable Pulley with a mounted pulley and two extra cables, so that you can turn any squat rack with pull up bar into a seated cable row machine. The mounted pulley attaches to any squat rack with 5/8”, 3/4” or 1” hardware, 2x2, 2x3, or 3x3 construction, and a 1.5” diameter or smaller pull up bar.

The mounted pulley bolts to the squat rack upright or base. Attaching to the upright, you can turn your squat rack into a seated cable row machine. Most squat racks have holes at 6” spacing, so you can adjust the height of the mounted pulley to suit your set-up. You will need your own loading pin and cable pulley machine attachments (T-bar, triangle, etc).

Attaching the mounted pulley to the squat rack base puts the cable pulley at your feet, so you can create a biceps cable curl machine. Just attach your handles to the loop. You can also attach a biceps curl bar or triceps rope for other variations.

You can also purchase an extra mounted pulley, so you can have one at the seated cable row position and one at the biceps curl bar position – order the FP-4.2: Extra Mounted Pulley. This turns your squat rack with pull up bar into a true cable machine.
