Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These ToU will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and United States of America, and YOU submit to the resolution of any disputes in the jurisdiction of Florida, USA, or at a jurisdiction determined at the discretion of System Fitness LLC.
