Adjustable Lat Pulldown Bar

The FitBar FP-9.2 Lat Pulldown Bar is heavy-duty (375-lb capacity) and permits narrow to wide grip lat pulldowns. The bar is solid steel with slots on the top side that accept the rope from the handles. This permits quick adjustment from narrow grip (8-inch) to wide grip (28-inch) lat pulldowns in 4-inch increments.

The handles have a heavy duty S-hook and a steel core with a rugged rubber coating. The unique rope design allows the user to maintain a neutral grip (palms facing), vee grip (45-degree), or rotate the grips during movement. The handle also spins about the handle centerline maximizing handle and forearm muscle engagement. The ability to quickly switch from close grip to wide grip lat pulldowns allows for extremely efficient workouts, allowing for maximum variation while minimizing changeover time between sets. The lat pulldown is a staple of back and shoulder workouts.

The FP-9.2 also has .56-inch holes that accept FitBar hooked grip products. Use your Ball Grips, Minicanes, or Neutral Grips with the lat pulldown bar to utilize your grip strength and forearm muscles while doing lat pulldowns.
