Compact Squat Stand with Pull Up Bar

The FitBar SP-1 Squat Stand with Pull Up Bar is constructed of 2x3” 11-gauge steel uprights and base components. The base has a 46” deep x 50” wide foot print so it can easily fit in your home gym or your garage gym. The verticals are connected to the base via oversized gussets, providing unmatched stability of the uprights. Front ½” hole spacing through-out the uprights is 2”, with ½” holes spaced every 6” on the sides of the squat stand verticals.

The SP-1 Squat Stand includes out innovative offset J-cup design with oversized UHMW J-cup inserts on the bar resting area to prevent your bar from being scratched during barbell loading and unloading. The J-cup also has plastic and rubber bumpers on the vertical contact area, so there is no metal-to-metal contact except for the pin. The FitBar J-cups provide the same benefits of sandwich-style UHMW J-cups of higher-end units.

The 1.25” diameter pull up bar on the SP-1 Squat Stand has the same highly-rated finish as the bars on our free-standing pull up bar rigs. The squat stand pull up bar can be set between 84” and 90” in height in 2” increments, so for most people this is a high pull up bar such that you won’t have to scrunch up your legs.

The SP-1 Squat Stand is fabricated in America using US steel. The entire unit is coated in our signature gloss grey paint. The oversized gussets and J cup allow for a 1,000 lb capacity. Additional accessories, such as plate horns, spotter arms, dip bar attachments, and landmines, are planned so you will have plenty of options for expansion of this base unit.
