Ball Grip / Minicane Grip Training Package
This is a package deal that includes our HG-4 Minicane Grips and HG-2 Ball Grips. This is an excellent product combination for building grip and upper body strength. The FitBar HG-2 Pull Up Ball Grips have a 3” diameter molded-in surface texture which provides great grip characteristics with outstanding durability. Un-like other ball grips, the flat on the top increases the ability to get your fingers over the top of the ball for maximum hand engagement. The FitBar Pull Up Ball Grip hooks fits any 1 1/2” or smaller diameter bar, and you can use these on Pull Up Bars, Cable Machines, and with exercise bands.
The FitBar Minicane Pinch Grips are the ultimate in developing grip strength while doing pull ups. Much better than using towels, the 1.25” diameter grip surface consists of rubber over a steel core for maximum durability. These can also be used with cable machines or with loading pins for developing grip strength while doing a multitude of exercises. These grips are a favorite among aspiring ninja warriors and obstacle course racers, as well as body builders. They are a great alternative to using towels for pull ups.
