No Damage Doorway Pull Up Bar
The FitBar FP-2 Doorway Pull Up Bar has two 1.25-inch diameter bars for performing pull ups, chin ups, leg raises, and other bodyweight exercises. The 33.5-inch wide top bar is long enough for wide grip pull ups. The FitBar grip training products, including Ball Grips, Suspension Straps, and Neutral Grips are compatible with this Pull Up Bar. The bar is high so you don’t have to scrunch up your legs when doing pull ups. Wide trim pads and hooks prevent damage to the doorway where the pull up bar is located. All contact with the trim and doorway is via rubber pads.
An exciting feature of the FP-2 Pull Up Bar is that is that the bars can be made to spin - just remove the two screws in each bar. The spinning bar provides an additional challenge to your work out, working your forearms and grip strength. The FP-2 is shipped in the non-spinning configuration.
Pull ups are a basic for building upper body strength. Having the FP-2 Pull Up Bar in your doorway provides a convenient way to do pull ups. We recommend our pull up grips for additional pull up variations: overhand, underhand, and neutral grip. If you are looking to achieve that first pull up, we recommend using our pull up assist band.
