Doorway Pull Up Bar

  • Innovative doorway pull up bar installs in seconds. Assembles in 5 minutes. Adjustable design allows installation in doorways in wide walls. 230 lb user load capacity.

  • Raised bar provides one of the highest doorway pull up bars on the market. Large white rubber pads on door trim face won’t leave marks and won’t damage standard door trim.

  • Designed for use in standard door openings 24”- 34” wide, walls 4.5” – 6.5” thick, door trim up to .75” thick and 3.75” wide. Please see the measuring instructions to ensure it will fit in your intended doorway.

  • 1.25” diameter x 38.5” long lower bar (33.5” long upper bar) covered bars for maximum durability. Bars are compatible with all FitBar grip products

Pull Up Bar with Hanging Ab Straps

This is a package deal that includes our FP-2 Doorway Pull Up Bar and our FP-6.1 Ab Straps. This is an excellent product combination for building upper body and core strength. The FitBar FP-2 Doorway Pull Up Bar has two 1.25” diameter bars for performing pull ups, chin ups, and other bodyweight exercises. The 33.5” top is long enough for wide grip pull ups. The bar is high enough so you don’t have to scrunch up your legs when doing pull ups. Wide rubber trim pads on both sides of the door prevent damage to the doorway trim.

The Ab Straps can connect either to the top or bottom bar, depending on your height, so you can easily perform leg raises, knee raises, and oblique leg raises. The handles allow you to isolate and stabilize your core during the ab exercises, so can maximize stomach muscle definition. You can also use the HG-1 Pull Up Handles, HG-2 Pull Up Ball Grips, or HG-3 Neutral Grips for varied pull up hand positions.
