Lat Cable Pulley System
The FitBar FP-9.3 Lat Pulldown Cable System has a 250-lb capacity that includes the bar, handles, pulley, loading pin, cable, and clips. Transition from narrow to wide grip lat pulldowns quickly by moving the handles between lat bar holes. Ten holes provide 5 grip positions in 4-inch increments from 8 to 28-inch spacing.
The handles have a steel core with a rugged rubber coating. The unique rope design allows the user to maintain a neutral grip (palms facing), vee grip (45-degree), or rotate the grips during movement. The handle also spins about the handle centerline maximizing handle and forearm muscle engagement.
The Lat Pulldown Cable System is a staple of back and shoulder workouts. The ability to quickly switch from close grip to wide grip lat pulldowns allows for extremely efficient workouts, allowing for maximum variation while minimizing changeover time between sets.
The fitness cable pulley uses high quality needle bearings for ultra-smooth operation. The pulley attaches directly to your bar (up to 1.5-inch in diameter). This solid attachment method minimizes plate swing during pull downs. The cables are high-quality double-braid rope with steel thimbles for maximum strength and durability. Choose the loading pin size that fits your weight plates - 1” or 2” pin with 12 inches of loading length.
The Lat Pulldown Bar and loading Pin is made from US steel and has a matte black powder coat finish.
CAUTION: Never unclip the cable with your body underneath the lat bar. Always be sure to test pull the lat bar, without being directly underneath the bar, prior to your workouts. Not for use with doorway pull up bars.
