Balance board for fitness challenge

The FitBar FP-8.1 Balance Board is a modern take on the classic fitness balance board or wobble board. Unlike other balance boards which have a full sphere on the bottom, our balance board utilizes a ball with a flat on it. This enables the user to actually stay balanced and stable when the user balances the board to near parallel with the ground. Typical boards will constantly wobble forcing the user to constantly be in motion to maintain balance on the wobble board. The aggressive grip on the wobble board top keeps your foot securely in-place. The board forces users to engage foot, leg, and core muscles to stabilize the board. This makes for an excellent leg day workout.

The FP-8.1 Balance Board is versatile as you can use just one for balance training / core workouts. It is big enough for to place two feet on with a narrow foot stance. It is great for lunges with the front foot balancing on the wobble board.

Use two boards for advanced, independent foot balance workouts, or to keep you core and legs engaged while working at a standing desk. Two boards are also good for squats while balancing.

For ninja warrior balance courses, set up four or more for a challenging balance obstacle.
