Turn any squat rack with pull up bar into a seated cable row, biceps curl, lat pull down, and triceps push down machine. Complete system includes upper pulley, side mount pulley, cables, weight plate chain, and handles PLUS an extra side mount pulley.

Utilizes the upper cable pulley (mounts to 1.5” or smaller pull up bar) with two side-mounted pulleys which can be mounted anywhere on a squat rack upright or base.
Compatible with squat racks that utilize 5/8”, 3/4” or 1” hardware, 1.5” diameter or less pull up bar, and 2x2, 2x3, or 3x3 construction.
Includes extra Side Mount Pulley - mount one at mid position for seated cable rows and one at low position for biceps cable curls.
Direct attachment FP-3 cable pulley minimizes plate swing.
Features high-quality needle bearings for ultra-smooth operation.
2000 lb minimum break-strength rope with steel thimbles as cable for maximum strength and durability.
Extra cables are provided to allow cable pulley mounting at any position.

Low Row / Seated Cable Row Attachment with Extra Pulley for Biceps Curls
The FitBar FP-4.2 Cable Row Pulley is the same as the FP-4 Cable Row Pulley but includes an extra mounted pulley, and with the upper pulley and two extra cables, you can turn any squat rack with pull up bar into a seated cable row machine and biceps cable curl machine. The mounted pulley attaches to any squat rack with 5/8”, 3/4” or 1” hardware, 2x2, 2x3, or 3x3 construction, and the upper pulley attaches to any 1.5” diameter or smaller pull up bar.
The mounted pulley bolts to the squat rack upright or base. Attaching to the upright, you can turn your squat rack into a seated cable row machine. Most squat racks have holes at 6” spacing, so you can adjust the height of the mounted pulley to suit your set-up. We include our HG-1 Pull Up Handles so you don’t need extra equipment. If you have your own loading pin and cable pulley machine attachments (T-bar, triangle) you can just buy the pulleys and rope – select the FP-4.1: Pulley and Rope Only.
Attaching the mounted pulley to the squat rack base puts the cable pulley at your feet, so you can create a biceps cable curl machine. Just attach our HG-1 Pull Up Handles to the loop. You can also attach a biceps curl bar or triceps rope for other variations.
