Low Row / Seated Cable Row Pulley

This side-mounted pulley is compatible with our FP-3 and FP-4 Cable Pulley products. It also works with other lat pulldown cable pulley systems. Use this for adding seated cable rows and biceps cable curls to your cable pulley system.

The FitBar side-mount cable pulley allows you to build a cable pulley system on your squat rack with no modification and minimal cost. The side pulley fits any squat rack or rig upright with 5/8-inch holes and up to 3-inch wide construction. Use with the upper bar-mount FP-3.1 Pulley, or use your own. Add a cable and weights and you are ready to go. The upper pulley is set approximately 12-inches from the side pulley to allow the weight plate to pass by the pulley.

The FP-4.3 Side Mount Pulley has a 5/8-inch bolt which easily attaches to your rig with standard weights. The pulley has an innovative V-groove to allow the cable to be angled away from the pulley. The unit includes a bracket to hold the pulley when not in use. This is a great feature to allow you to quickly switch from using the upper pulley, and the upper pulley in conjunction with the side pulley. So you can go from lat pulldowns and triceps extensions with the upper pulley only, to straight pulls and side pulls with the side pulley. Mount the side pulley low, and you can perform biceps curls and hammer curls.

We recommend you utilize the side pulley with our other products to ensure compatibility with the cable lengths. The FP-4.3 can be used with other cable pulleys with a ¼-inch cable.
