Hanging Cannonball Holds

The FitBar Hanging Cannonballs are a great addition to any ninja warrior or obstacle course. The cannonballs are 3” in diameter and are hard-mounted to a center plate. A shackle is provided for easy attachment to your obstacle rig bars via a strap or rope. The cannonball holds have a mesh texture injection molded directly into the surface for maximum grip without chalk, or use chalk for extra grip. The unit is 10” long and has no sharp edges for maximum safety.
