Hanging Rotating T-Grip

The FitBar SG-3 Rotating T-Grip is one of the most challenging t-grips on the market. The 1.25” diameter rubber grips rotate independently of each other. This makes as an excellent addition to any backyard obstacle course, ninja gym course, or obstacle training rig. A shackle is provided for easy attachment to your obstacle rig bars via a strap or rope. The unit is 10” long and has no sharp edges for maximum safety. This can also be used with a cable machine or load pin as a fitness T-grip.
