Home Gym Cable Pulley System

The FitBar FP-3.2 combines our rugged cable pulley with two cables, a 2 inch loading pin with 12” of loadable length, an our triceps extension rope with the oversized ball ends.  We recommend it for use with pull up bars anywhere from 84” to 96” high.  When you use the longer cable attached to your pull up bar, you can do lat pulldowns, overhead triceps extensions, and triceps pushdowns.  When you use the shorter cable on a squat rack, you can attach the hooked cable pulley to your bar to do seated rows.  The hooks have hard vinyl sleeves so you won’t damage your bar.  This is the simplest set-up you can have on a squat rack without the need for a full cable machine.

The cable pulley uses high quality needle bearings for ultra-smoot operation.  The pulley attaches directly to your bar to minimize plate swing.  The cables are high-quality double-braid rope with steel thimbles for maximum strength and durability.  Our triceps rope has large 3 inch balls so you have numerous grip options – either grip the ball or grip the rope.  The arrangement allows you to pile on the weight plates while maintaining a comfortable grip.
