Versatile Fitness Strap
The FitBar FP-10 Pull Up Straps are a versatile fitness tool for home or gym use. Perform bodyweight flyes, suspended push ups, leg raises, knee raises, and dips without having to adjust or secure a buckle. The fixed strap length is the most common strap length for most people / exercises, and makes for a simple devise with many uses. The S hooks allow lightning-fast attachment – slide them the to the side of the pull up bar when you want to perform pull ups or other movements on your bar.
The Australian pullup is one of the best exercises to do with the FP-10. Attach the hooks to any bar, and pull your body towards the handles. It’s a great way to work up to pull ups for beginners, and a great back workout for all fitness levels. Elevating your feet will add to the resistance and burn. Keep a good plank (straight from shoulders through your core and to your feet) for optimum results.
